-and with the diversity of experience that the team brings we are more than comfortable in handling any case involving a business and its ownership issues. In representing a business it's important to understand that it is a business and its operations day to day are important and that our work as a lawyer is a distraction from that. I'm a business owner too and I well understand the importance of focusing on the bottom line. At the Law Offices of Catherine C. Clark our goal in a commercial litigation is to get to resolution as efficiently and as economically as possible so we're reducing the distraction to the business owner. Most certainly recently as a result of the economic challenge we have all faced a number of disputes have arisen between folks who own businesses and their employees. And when those disputes arise it's always wise to consult a lawyer as to what your rights and responsibilities are. We tend to represent businesses who are from any part of the United States or the world that have a problem in Western Washington or Washington State.
